Welcome to the 7th Annual “Top 20 under 40 Business & Community Achievement Awards” recognizing Young Business Professionals all across Vancouver Island.

We are very proud to have created an event that honours the Exceptional Young Business Professionals under the age of 40 who are outstanding leaders in their chosen fields and are shaping our local community’s future.

We want to acknowledge all the finalists for their contributions to the Island’s Regional Economies, and Community Achievements of these Young Business Professionals through peer recognition and this Awards Event.  They are entrepreneurs, executives, managers and professionals in the public, private and non-profi t sectors. They have varied backgrounds, but what they share in common is their demonstrated excellence in business, judgment, leadership and signifi cant contributions to their communities.

In this website you will get a sneak peek at the Past Winners. Brief bios for each highlight the many accomplishments that ultimately got them nominated. You can also visit the Judges page and meet the people who had the very difficult task of selecting the Top 20 amongst these outstanding finalists. I wish to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to our Regional & Executive Judges who donated their time and expertise to choosing the winners.

In addition, this event would not be possible without the generous support of our Sponsors and Partners. I want express my gratitude and extend a sincere thank you for their contributions and for their belief in the value these outstanding Finalists bring to Vancouver Island’s Business Community.

In closing, I want to address directly the Past Finalists. We have been honoured to celebrate your accomplishments with you and your families. You have achieved much and we want you to know it is being noticed and recognized. To you all we extend our Congratulations and we look forward to watching your “Future Successes”.
